Policy & Terms
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Clients are required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can occur. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If the appointment cannot be carried out due to lateness, it will be considered as a no-show and 100% of the fee will be charged. Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late/last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee (24h) 50% cancellation fee will be applied within 48h of the appointment is scheduled. Clients will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid.
No Pets and Kids Policy
At Aurora Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients. To ensure a calm and safe atmosphere, we ask that you please adhere to the following:

No Pets: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets in the salon, with the exception of service animals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Children: We love children, but to maintain a tranquil environment and to ensure the safety of all our clients and staff, we ask that children not be brought to appointments unless they are receiving a service. We recommend making childcare arrangements in advance to ensure your full enjoyment and relaxation during your visit.
