Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Clients are required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can occur. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If the appointment cannot be carried out due to lateness, it will be considered as a no-show and 100% of the fee will be charged. Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Clients will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid.
